We wanted to take a brief moment to let you know how happy we were with the superb service we received from Donnamarie Miro during the buying process of our new house.   We first contacted Donna regarding a listing she had advertised online.  Right from the beginning we could tell that Donna was a bit different from the rest of the realtors we had encountered.  She separated herself with a very honest and open approach to working with us.   While the listing Donna had didn’t work out for us – Donna immediately gave us access to Listingbook and gave us pointers on how to search for properties of interest.  Based on that openness - we decided to have Donna show us other listings in the area.  
On Donna’s website she writes …. “If you are looking for a Realtor who believes in Personalized Service, Honesty and Integrity, LOOK NO FURTHER,”  …..  I can attest to the truth behind that bold statement.  Donna’s performance was a manifestation of these values each and every day we worked with her.  
Personalized Service:  Donna was in contact with us almost constantly for nearly three (3) months.  Days, nights, weekends, whatever and whenever we needed her – she was there.   Phone calls, personal delivery of documents, emails and text messages – it didn’t make a difference – she was on top of them all (usually within minutes or hours).   We truly felt that Donna was working as diligently for us as she would for her own family. 
Honesty & Integrity:  The advice, guidance and counseling that Donna provided to us was accurate and honest on every level.  If she didn’t know the answer to something she didn’t “fake it.”  Instead, Donna would indicate she didn’t know and then look into and get back to us with a great answer.  We found Donna to be extremely knowledgeable of the industry and the local real estate market.  She seemed to know a lot about virtually every listing.   She was also very resourceful and was not shy about using the vast resources and subject matter expertise of her Agency where appropriate.   This was particularly important for our transaction as the listing agent proved to be less than pleasant to deal with.
